Paulton Swimming Pool offers a variety of lessons to suit all ages and all abilities, from learning to swim as a child or adult through to coaching technique sessions for the more capable.

Parent and Toddler
Our Adult and Toddler lessons are instructor led for toddlers aged 2-3 years old. We teach toddlers to move through the water with the assistance of armbands and floats. We sing songs to break up the lesson.
Monday’s 9.30am – 10.00am, 10.00am – 10.30am, 10.30am – 11.00am
Tuesday’s 9.30am – 10.00am, 10.00am – 10.30am, 10.30am – 11.00am
All our Parent and Toddler Lessons are £6.90 per session run termly.
Parent and Baby!
Adult & Baby Lessons with our fully qualified Instructor. The water is nice and warm at 31 degrees and the lessons are aimed at teaching your child water confidence, key life-saving skills, building the first steps towards swimming unaided and a lifelong love of the water. We teach you how to correctly hold your baby in the water, underwater swims and fun through songs.
Our Parent and Baby lessons are for newborns up to 2 years old.

Pre-School (Duckling)
Paulton Pool has special 30 minute sessions for pre-school 3 and 4 year old’s to learn to swim. A parent/adult will need to get into the water with their child and the instructor teaches from poolside. We encourage children to swim independently with armbands with adults assisting them.

After School (Dolphins)
Our Dolphin Swimming lessons are for school aged children, we follow swim England learn to swim framework. The groups will have a maximum of 8 children with a instructor teaching from poolside.
We run them on:

Tuesday’s 3.30pm – 5.30pm
Wednesday’s 3.30pm – 5.30pm
Thursday’s 3.30pm – 6.00pm
Saturday’s 8.30am – 11.30am
All our Dolphin lessons are £6.90 per session booked termly.
1-1 Lessons
We offer Adult or Child 1-1 lessons! Whether you would like a one off lesson to just correct the stroke or a block of 6.
These sessions are available throughout the days and weekends. Please let us know what days and times are best when enquiring!
1-1 lessons £18.00 per half an hour or £108.00 for a block of 6
2-1 lessons £13.00 each per half an hour or £156.00 per block of 6!
Private Hire
Are you looking to hire us for your private events?
Private hire available every Thursday 7.15-8.00pm and every Sunday 12:15pm – 1:00pm.
£90 for 45 minutes.
Maximum users 40
Ratio 1 Adult (18 and Over) to 2 Children under 8
We are asking everyone to wear indoor shoes, i.e Flip Flops or sliders into the changing rooms and poolside or if you wish to remove your shoes and be bare foot.. This will help reduce the dirt into the changing rooms and on poolside!
